Nitrogen Lab Gas
Liberty Systems nitrogen lab gas and mass spectrometry nitrogen generators help reduce your your operating costs. Our nitrogen generation systems, including
membrane and PSA (pressure swing
adsorption), produce nitrogen for use as a neubalizing gas or as a curtain gas for LC/MS. For GC applications, specifically FID (flame ionization detection), generated nitrogen is a terrific source of carrier gas. Installing a nitrogen generator allows you to produce your own nitrogen eliminating heavy cylinders, costly rental fees and delivery charges.
Using membrane
technology our nitrogen generators will provide 99.5% nitrogen
from a single unit with flow rates up to 30 lpm (liters per minute) using
your compressed air or an oil free compressor we can integrate
into your system.
Pressure swing adsorption systems (PSA) are also available. Several nitrogen generators have oxygen content of <10 ppm (99.999% N2) and flow rates up to 3 lpm. Zero nitrogen is also available at 1 lpm and 100 ppm O2.
Our D ZAG series, are zero air generators. They will produce up to 6 lpm at -67F (-55C) dew point. D ZAG's are an ideal source of combustion gas. D ZAG zero air generators can be supplied with an oil free air compressor if desired.
